This covers some guy that built a 200yd range in a warehouse. He then proceeded to find exactly what he could about what makes a rifle a straight shooter.
Bottom line, off the top of my head: careful brass prep, solid rest and a 21 3/4" barrel.
He was measuring groups with a precision instrument, meaning, his variation was in the thousandths. :o

I might have to spend more time on that PrecisionRifle blog if this is the kinda info revealed...
