Does this help? The lower hose on mine is "custom" because we thought the original was leaking (it wasn't)

Sent from my Samsung S7 while driving, eating, and texting..

Ending up getting a new kit from the company yesterday and was able to make it work.

Post Re: R6 track bike
So I have decided to save some money and not buy a trailer this this year so I can do more track days. I finally found a good solution since I already have a pitbull stand, this will leak plenty of room for the ramp and tools, tent, EZ up ect.

I ordered another plate, only thing I am not sure of is if i should reinforce the bottom of the truck bed when I mount it.

I would add (2) 1/4" x 12" square (or whatever fits) steel plates on the underside of the bed.. it'll spread out the clamping forces, since trying to use any kind of fender washer to bridge the ribs in the bed will just bend eventually, causing the nuts to be loose, allowing the mount to wobble.

I will be using some sort of spacers under neath but the general consensus is that the washers will do just fine if you can get it to line up with the raised portion of the grooves in the bed

If you mount the plate to the raised rib, and are using a fender washer underneath, (and have the nuts tight), the fender washers will bend if you're using the regular hardware-store-grade washers. It doesn't take long to bang a few holes in some steel or even aluminum plate.

That looks like a pretty heavy duty little trailer. Nice!

You'll like that much more than loading and unloading in the truck bed. Wise decision IMHO. Get a tonneau cover for the truck bed to stash your gear under and you'll have a nice set up.

Yes it has strange set up, I am going to give it to my trailer guy at work and see what he says I will need.

Tonight I pulled off all the old decking, Dot tape, knocked off the tail light bracket and pulled off all of the lights.  I think I will be buying a new wiring harness but that will be determined when I go to wire everything back up.

I also cleaned the tool box and sprayed it with bed liner on the inside.

I vacuumed and then wire brushed and vacuumed again to get most of the crud off as I plan to use a bed liner paint and do a flat black to get rid of the the McDonald colors.

Dot Tape is a bitch when its dry and sun baked on for a few years

I have ordered the tail light kit below and 10 marker lights as well as I want this very visible at night.

10 of these.

Once all the lights are installed I plan to add three, 4 inch LED work lights on the back side of the tool box so I can unload the gear and bike in the dark on Friday nights or work on the bike at the track if I need to.

Cool, torsion suspension.. :)

I just asked because it looked like the tire was really close to the fender.. Hopefully the rubber isn't sacked out and it's still working for ya! Your plan sounds good..

its a little stiff bit it moves and functions well for now, once I have everything loaded that will be the test.

I bought the lumber and hardware tonight, but I am waiting on the lights to arrive before I install it all.

Got the lumber cut tonight, I need to rip a board for the middle yet then I can get to wiring the lights up.

trailer is dirty but this is the plan for the light set up. The previous holes will be covered by the dot tape.

Got the boards mounted over the weekend and modified the HF ramps to match the pitch of the trailer.

All in this year, I need to put time in for where I'd like to be and with my season getting cut short last year by my crash I have a lot of work to do.

Some progress, new tank, reconfigured the motion pro throttle to over the master, got the optimal racing tail but fitment is shit ill keep it as a spare.

Picked up a set of forks with Ak20 kit installed and a Penske double clicker rear. Both were serviced by Mike at MDM and are going back for a refresh this weekend.

It's in the plans don't worry I am not a fan of that either but it's been low on the priority list.
