I know you like tinkerin', etc. but that's a good bike...it's a keeper now. Seriously.
If it hasn't been said, research the camchain adjuster...I think that was its only fault.

Yeah, I was thinking about selling it, but I think I will ride it for a bit.

I did read up on the cam chain tensioner, and have already corrected the problem by swapping to a manual tensioner.

My F3 when I bought it had a noisy cam chain. I swapped it to the manual adjuster and it was good to go.

Give it some time...

At least you didn't buy tires when you first got the bike!

No, I bought them last summer. I want to laugh it off, but I'm have to be the biggest slacker on the forum

Don't sell yourself short...and welcome to the club. :D

I have a Ducati that's been a basketcase since '04, an FZR1000 that hasn't been started since '01...
The list goes on. In fact, the only bike that's even come close to being used is the 426...started it a year or two ago.

The CBR gets regular use but is in danger of being benched...I bought a bunch of track specific accessories that will have me taking it down to the frame prior to this season.

Did I mention the Jeep suspension I bought a couple years ago, still sittin' in boxes?
